Welcome to Country Canines!
Hi, I’m Grace and I run Country Canines. With over 10 years experience with dogs, and having a Working Cocker Spaniel myself (Ivy) and a Labrador (Libby). I understand the joys and challenges of raising a young puppy, and caring for a dog day to day, keeping up that training.
I have a BSc in Psychology, as well as being an advanced dog training instructor with the APDT. I have undergone first aid training and canine body language courses with the IMDT. I am also an affiliate trainer with Pawsable, an assistance dog charity.
At Country Canines, we provide positive reward based dog training in North Hampshire. Our methods help with recall, loose lead walking, and much more. We are passionate about helping dogs and their owners build stronger relationships through training.

ABOUT COUNTRY CANINES

At Country Canines, we are passionate about helping dogs and their owners build stronger relationships through positive reward based training.
No harsh methods, prong collars or shock collars are ever used!
Our experienced trainers work with you and your dog to develop a training plan tailored to your specific needs. We believe that training should be fun and rewarding for both you and your dog without the need for fear based methods of teaching or the use of punishment. We use psychological methods to adapt and change behaviour and work alongside what motivates the dog.
People often ask 'How did you get the dog to do that?' My answer more often than not is 'Sausages!'
