A short summary can bring together important concepts without requiring students to reread every page of their notes. I recently created a one-page summary for a difficult subject and found gaps in my understanding while writing it. While exploring do my exam, I decided that making my own study summary was more useful for preparation. It also gave me something simple to review later.
